Jeffery Hicks

Jeffery Hicks (MCSE,MCT,MCSA) is a Senior Network Engineer with Visory Group,a Microsoft Gold Partner, as well as President and Principal Consultant of JDH Information Technology Solutions. He has been in the IT industry for 15 years, doing everything from help desk support to project management.  He is the co-author of Advanced VBScript for Microsoft Windows Administrators (Microsoft Press 2006) as well as several training videos on administrative scripting.
