Jim Varner
Jim Varner is a technology consultant who has worked in the industry for more than 14 years. During this tenure, Jim has been involved with the design, implementation, and support of complex environments for Lockheed Martin, Kroenke Sports, Great West Life, and numerous others. By working with executives as well as implementation specialists, Jim has been instrumental in insuring that IT investments align with business goals. In addition to his consulting work, Jim has contributed to several publications including Redmond Magazine and The Northern Colorado Business Report and has written chapters for several software installation guides. Jim holds certifications in Citrix, EMC, VMware, and Cisco, including the Cisco Lifecycle Management Certification (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize).
